Hello. My name is Christina Booth and I am young enough to know and old enough to know better! I live in a large, 100 year old house with my family of three children and my husband Michael (he takes photo’s of bones!). We also have two insane cats, Yaya & Missy Simpkin, and a failed guide dog Nash (who is a very good pet and thinks he is a cat!)

I am a qualified art teacher and I have been illustrating children’s books for about 6 years. I am practicing as an artist/illustrator full time and I am writing as well.

I have illustrated for Colin Thiele, Bill Scott and Max Fatchen and am presently working on a book for Christobel Mattingley.

I think illustrating is one of the best jobs on the planet and I enjoy the challenge each new manuscript or text brings me. I am available for contract work for educational and general illustrational purposes (I especially love children’s picture books).

Most of my work is for sale. If something takes your fancy, email me and I will let you know if it is still available. I am also available for school visits and other talks and presentations. Check out my web site for more information.
